This “Privacy Policy” describes the privacy practices of Boutique Setters (collectively, “Boutique  Setters “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with the https://test.boutiquesetters.com / website (the  “Site”), your application to join Boutique Setters through our website, your membership with  Boutique Setters (“Membership”), any other services offered made available by us via our website, or  during your Membership (collectively, the “Services”). Boutique Setters is established in Athens,  Greece, and is represented and owned by Elena Papadonikolaki hereafter (‘’The Company’’).   4. What personal data do we collect and process?

For providing you with our Services, we might collect the following personal data:  

– Email, name, surname, picture (when creating an online personal profile), phone number,  LinkedIn URL & other social media URL, mailing address, employer name, professional title,  images, and or video. 

– Profile data, such as your username and password that you may set to establish an online  account with us  

Company details, such as name, website, address, owner’s name and surname, Company VAT Number  as well as further descriptive information & pictures or and videos.  

Before uploading any data that might include other people’s personal data, such as images, audio, and  video, you shall ensure that you have taken the appropriate measures to ensure compliance with data  protection laws in place. 

Processing of your data:  

Boutique Setters is going to process these data solely, only if we have legitimate reasons to do so.  Legal grounds for processing your personal data are: 

  1. the provision of the services you appoint us for and you wish to receive from us, b. compliance with an obligation imposed by law, such as retaining data related to tax legal obligations, 
  2. the consent you provide us with, under the specific conditions set out in the applicable legal framework, in order to receive updates on services, promotions etc.,

Only the competent employees of Boutique Setters will access your personal information. Your  personal data will be used solely for the purpose of the executing commercial transactions,  fulfilment of contractual obligation and notifying about new products and services offered by our  Company. We are bound and we confirm that your personal data will not be published or disclosed  to third parties for other unrelated purposes.

The data storage time is decided on the basis of the following specific criteria, as appropriate on  each case: 

When processing is required under provisions of the applicable legal framework, your personal data  will be stored for as long as required by the relevant provisions.  

When processing is done on the basis of a contractual relationship, your personal data will be stored  for as long as is necessary to perform the contract and for the foundation, exercise, and / or support  of legal claims under the contract.  

For promotional and marketing purposes, your personal data is retained until your consent is  withdrawn. This can be done by you at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of  consent-based processing in the period before its revocation.  

The personal data you provide in any way are saved to our Company’s Server (on a “Server” of  Boutique Setters or the Microsoft Office 365 mail system).
